the novella challenge

I know another challenge... but I was going to read these anyway so why not participate? Using the definition that a novella is a story consisting roughly of 100-250 pages, pick 6 novellas to read between April and September 2008. And hey prizes are involved! You've probably heard of Hesperus Press? They're wonderful and their books would be perfect for this challenge. They are all quite short--some are story collections and others are novellas. I've started accumulating them. I should read one (in the spirit of the challenge, without actually joining).
